The pictures on the left show the exterior of our units at Northpark.  At Northpark we have 6 townhomes (2 BRDM, 1.5 bath, LR, DR, kitchen).  We have 5 flats (2 BDRM, 1 bath, LR, DR, kitchen).  Our safe, quiet complex is located in downtown Saltillo, convenient to banks, dining and other amenities of a small town.  City Hall and the police and fire departments are 2 blocks away.  Each unit has been upgraded and renovated with new faucets, flooring, lighting, countertops, appliances (microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher) etc. for your comfort and convenience.

Cherry Hills Apartments consists of 16 rental units.  We have 6 flats and 6 townhomes.  Each has 2 BDRM, 1.5 bath, LR, DR and kitchen.  Our duplexes (4 units) has 3 BDRM, 2 full baths, LR, DR and kitchen).

 

We are renovating units with new flooring, lighting, fans, paint, countertops, appliances, etc..  Each unit has a private patio.

The 8 units are handicap friendly, have ceramic tile in the living, dining areas and kitchen counter top areas and have a wonderfully comfortable floor plan. The kitchen has an eat-in bar area adjoining the den area. All units have two bedrooms and two full baths. One of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower with seating.
